Youth/Child Counseling Session

Service Description

I have 10 years of experience working with children who have experienced trauma, behavioral difficulties, adjustment problems, and general well-being needs. Sessions include play therapy strategies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and talk therapy. Additional time is included to meet with parents/caregivers to address strategies for implementing change at home and provide additional support.
